What’s the process for returning a product?

I purchased the wrong formulas. Now, what do I do?

Accepted Answer

That's fine. You may return unopened and unused bottles. However, a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

You may want to consider keeping your order. Why? Well, you might need it in the future. Often, we experience symptoms and may not have a readily available remedy. These products also have a long shelf life. Because of these two factors, having an herbal formula on hand can be vital for maintaining your health.

What is your return policy?

1) HerbsCanCleanse.com allows a 30 day grace period from receipt of product, for return for partial credit with the
following restrictions:
a. Unopened product, will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
b. Opened product with less than 10% used, receives a 15% use fee.
c. Product returned with more than 10% used receives a 50% handling fee.
2) All items returned shall be consumables only. No returns of books, DVD’s or any printed material will be excepted.
Personal care items such as Soaps must be in original packaging (unopened and unused).
3) No returns on powder products if opened.
4) Returned UNOPENED items will receive full credit less a 20% restocking fee.
5) All credits will be issued within 45 days of date of return.
6) Damaged items shall receive no credit and returned to the sender.
7) No returns on sale items.
8) Purchaser agrees to pay all shipping charges (unless otherwise specified).
Shipping
All shipping is done via U.S. Postal Service. Shipping may take from 3-7 days up to two weeks. Handling time is
generally 1- 3 days though, we strive to ship all orders as soon as possible. All media will ship via U.S.P.S. Media
Mail.
Gifts are conditional
When returning a product for refund the purchaser must return gifts included with the order. If the gift is not returned
the retail price of the gift will be subtracted from the amount being refunded.
